Among them, Shenzhen EMC testing Laboratory has been newly approved by Red Flag New Energy EMC high voltage new energy testing project, testing items include: radiation emission (RE), conducted emission, radiation immunity, high current injection immunity, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity, transient conduction immunity along the low voltage power line, electrostatic discharge, etc.

Shenzhen Reliability and Environmental Testing Laboratory has been newly approved by the new energy vehicle high voltage electronic and electrical devices testing project, including electrical load, functional safety, mechanical load, environmental load, chemical load, thermal management and other projects, is one of the very few in South China with high voltage electronic and electrical product testing capabilities and obtained the Red Flag new energy qualification recognition of the third party testing laboratory. Guangzhou Reliability and Environmental Testing Laboratory has been newly approved by the automotive interior and exterior decoration testing project, including salt spray test, xenon lamp aging, ultraviolet aging, carbon arc lamp aging, ozone aging and other test projects.

Shenzhen EMC Testing Laboratory was newly authorized by Chery Automobile Q/SQR E8-4-2019 EMC and electrical performance testing test, testing items include: Rf conducted emission – voltage method, RF conducted emission – current method, RF radiation emission -ALSE method, voltage transient emission, high current injection method, RF anti-jamming -ALSE method, magnetic field anti-jamming, power line transient anti-jamming, etc.

At present, the service capability of Shenzhen EMC testing laboratory has more comprehensively covered intelligent networked new energy auto parts products, including: Car charger (OBC), DC/DC converter (DC/DC), battery pack, PTC heater, battery management system (BMS), LiDAR, central control instrument, display screen, camera, car lights, fan, automatic parking assistance system, waist massage system and other products.
