Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organized and held the “2020 Industrial Technology Basic Public Service Platform – Public Service Platform Construction Project for Integrated Circuit and chip Industry (referred to as” Project “) “in Guangzhou. Acceptance meeting, after on-site inspection and review by technical experts and financial experts, the project has completed the objectives and assessment indicators required by the contract, the acceptance materials are complete, the expenditure is reasonable, the comprehensive evaluation score is 91.5 points, and the acceptance is successfully passed.
This is the first time that GRGT has completed the national project construction work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology together with seven member units on the basis of years of undertaking horizontal and vertical topics and constantly accumulating project experience. The project established a chip-level test and analysis platform covering chip parameter testing, function and performance testing capabilities, chip failure analysis capabilities, environmental adaptability assessment capabilities, process reliability analysis capabilities and limit assessment capabilities. The chip evaluation and certification system covering medical devices, mobile phones, televisions, computers, new energy vehicles and other fields has been established, providing solid testing technical support for the improvement of semiconductor device quality and reliability and the virtuous cycle of chip application verification.
