Comparison of testing standards and methods between new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles

Compared with traditional vehicles, the use environment of new energy vehicles has changed greatly, and the electrical load and mechanical load in the traditional vehicle test method standard are greatly different from that of new energy vehicles.

When the motor, controller and reducer are designed as a single part, the relevant standards used by domestic manufacturers are GB/T 18488.1-2015 “Drive motor System for electric vehicles Part 1: Technical Conditions, GB/T 29307-2012 “Test Method for Reliability of drive Motor System for Electric Vehicles” and QC/T 1022-2015 “Technical Conditions for gearbox assembly for pure electric passenger Cars”.
